Service Labor Rates are different rates that can be setup for service work. As part of the Service Plugin, these labor rates have Contract Types and Warehouses assigned to determine the appropriate mapping as well as having a labor rate (billable amount) and labor cost (cost to you) assigned.

Labor Rates are used when editing the Service Ticket if it is a billable procedure. This determines the rate at which to bill the appropriate party. Labor Rates are used in conjunction with the Contract Rates records to determine the appropriate labor rate to assign to a Service ticket.
