Recap Orders
Before an order invoice is uploaded, it can be edited at any time. These steps should be followed to prevent a creation of a new invoice when attempting to edit an invoice.

Note: Do not edit orders through the service hyperlink Pre-sell orders screen because it will create a new order.

How-to Edit an Order

  1. To edit an already created order, go to the main screen.
  2. Tap the Recap button Recap Menu.JPG and tap Recap Orders.
  3. Select the order off the list and tap the hyperlink Re-open Selected Order.
  4. In this screen it is possible to make edits to the order.
  5. When finished making changes tap the hyperlink Save Order.

  1. To edit an already created order, go to the main screen.
  2. Tap the Recap button Recap Menu.JPG and tap Recap Orders.
  3. Select the order off the list and tap the hyperlink Re-open Selected Order.
  4. To void an order click the Void order.JPG button. This will completely void it (delete the order).
