The Route Analyzer Plugin adds the ability for eoStar to view details of customer servicing which have been uploaded from handheld devices. The panels list pertinent information for each delivery or service visit uploaded from the handheld, including such information as the number of minutes spent, the exact time of the visit, and the type of visit. For customers, it lists which employee serviced them.

It added:

• Records>Employee>Handheld Route Analyzer menu option.
• Records>Employee>Records Route Analyzer panel.
• Records>Customer>Records Route Analyzer panel.
• On the Daily Route Settlement, a Route Analyzer hyperlink.
• On the Handheld Records sessions panel, a Route Analyzer hyperlink.
• On the Daily Delivery Stop Analyzer screen, a Route Analyzer hyperlink.

Permissions

There are levels of access available for each individual employee or a specific employee department. The Permissions Panel limits or expands the field of access towards certain functions of eoStar and also creates a level of security.
