ION Report - Lost Placements

Lost Placements
This report was added in January 2010. The Lost placements report is designed to display customers who have Not purchased selected products within a specified date range.

In order for employees to access this screen, the "May Access Lost Placements Report" checkbox on the Plugins Panel must be checked.

How-To Create a Lost Placements Report

  1. Select Lost Placements Report off the Reports panel.
  2. On the Date Selection Panel, add the From and Through dates and the Prior Day-Span.
  3. In the Fields to Display panel, select the columns wanted in the report.
  4. The drop down arrows bring up the Product and Customer Include or Exclude screens to select the products and the customers for the report.
  5. Click the command button Refresh.
