Recap Orders Screen

For both salespeople and drivers, the handheld will display a summary of all the transactions performed on the mobile device. Off of the Main Screen, the recap menu allows the user to view and possibly make edits to deliveries and placed orders. By taping the Recap Menu button Recap Menu.JPG, the menu options appear.

They include:

  • Recap Orders - This recaps all orders created or delivered since the last full sync. For additional information, see EoMobileCF Order Recap.
  • Recap Pre-Sells by... - This recaps all the pre-orders created by a salesperson since the last full sync. For additional information, see Hand Held Sales Recap.
  • Recap Sales Goals - This recaps all MBO Sales goals for the employee and their progress within the Incentive Program. For more information, see EoMobileCF Recap Sales Goals.
  • Recap Distribution Goals - This recaps all MBO Distribution goals for the employee and their progress within the Incentive Program. For more information, see EoMobileCF Recap Distribution Goals.
  • Recap Non-service - This recaps any non-service reasons for any assigned customers for the day since the last full sync. For more information, see EoMobileCF Recap Non-service.
  • Recap Surveys - This recaps any surveys taken since the last full sync.
  • Recap Payments - These are all payments including both off-invoice and received payments since the last full sync. For more information, see EoMobileCF Recap Payments.

Each menu options reiterates the transactions on the handheld device. For certain recaps, such as orders, this screen can be used to edit the orders before they are uploaded; however, deliveries cannot be edited after a signature has been saved. After a full sync, all information in the recap screens disappear.
