Quality Control assures the correct items and quantities are going out on the correct pallets. This screen is used by quality control personnel in the warehouse as part of the loading process. After a pallet is picked, the pallet is weighed and a weight tag is printed out. The person auditing the truck can simply scan the pallet ID from the QC screen to bring up the pallet and scan the weight tag to determine if it is within the acceptable weight threshold. If the expected weight doesn't match, every item and quantity on the pallet will need to be verified and adjusted if necessary.
