Customer and Employee Survey Panels

Survey Panel
The Survey panel is added to eoStar with the Survey Plugin. These panels show all uploaded survey questions and answers for the selected employee or customer.

Because surveys are created in the backend system but implemented by the handhelds, the survey information is both uploaded from and downloaded to the backend system during a full sync. This means that after a survey is created and marked as ready to deploy, the handheld devices will receive the survey during a full sync. The surveys are then presented before a pre-sell order or delivery. After surveys are completed for the day, during a full sync they are uploaded into the backend system. The survey panels will show the questions and responses for the survey for either the selected employee or customer. Additionally, this information will also show in the Results panel on the Surveys screen.
