Complaint Codes

The Complaint Codes screen allows users to create customized complaint reason categories for the Service Plugin. When a customer calls in because of an issue with their equipment, a Service Ticket is created. On the Service Ticket, a complaint code is selected to categorize each type of complaint to keep a record of types of complaint.
