Call Center

The Call Center screen manages service calls and service tickets. It is part of the Service Plugin. For every service call made, a service call ticket is opened on this screen. The assigned tech then makes the service visit, re-opens the ticket and reports the progress. When resolved, the ticket is closed and may be printed.
