Action Items Plugin
The Action Items Plugin provides salespeople the ability to notify merchandisers, service techs, or delivery drivers when certain tasks need to be completed at the customer site.

- May assign/push-off/complete/void action items
- May create/edit action items
- May see action items from the action item types record panel
- May see action items from the customer record panel
- May see action items from the employee record panel
Action Item Types
At least one Action Item Type must be created.
Action Item Schedules
An Action Item can be setup as a recurring task using Action Item Schedules.
Action Items can be viewed, assigned, and flagged as complete in the Action Item Request Center.
